shocking, worst service ever

Terrible, terrible, terrible experience unfortunately. The actual moving guys were good, but the service was so shocking and unreliable, and hte pricing was deceitful and inconsistent. Even if they give you a good quote, please please do NOT EVER go with this company. They will likely charge you 50% more on the day, then refer you to their customer complaints department if you try and query the reason why this has happened. SHOCKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

lisa was very helpful she made the move go as plan she assured me the guys were very professional and they were indeed. i will highly recommend lisa and high touch moving. they were great. the guys arrived on time wrapped the furniture very well and were very helpful. they assembled everything in a timely manner and overall i recommend this company to everyone. they were so great. thanks high touch moving

A Life Saver

I called High Touch last minute because my original movers bailed on me. The moving consultant, Danny, was extremely helpful and was able to sent a team to my place within a reasonable time. Given the circumstance, he could have charged a high rate but he did not. The entire move was done in three hours and the movers were careful and courteous. This is what a movie company should be all about.

This company treated me in a very professional manner, My belongings were treated as if I was family. It should be the standard that other movers should strive to achieve!
